Lindsay offers a heart centered and intuitive approach to bodywork by tuning into the subtle energies of each client and developing an individualized session accordingly. She combines a variety of integrative techniques and modalities in her treatments allowing clients to release holding patterns and move forward in their healing journeys. 

Lindsay has been maintaining a private practice since 2008. When she's not empowering clients to embrace their personal wellness, Lindsay spends her time playing in nature, tending to her garden, seeking out new experiences and adventures, and taking in all the beauty that this world  has to offer. 

Lindsay is a Certified Massage Therapist, Maya Abdominal Massage Therapist, Advanced Prenatal/Postnatal Massage Therapist, Somatic Mind and Body Therapist, Neuromuscular Therapist, and  Reiki Master/Energyworker in Bend, Oregon.
